Manifesto
We don’t just reply to emails, we start conversations that shape ideas

Varsity Spirit didn’t have an awareness problem. They had a system problem.
They’re a DTC apparel brand with decades of brand equity in the cheer community. But their growth strategy was built on traditional marketing . . . print, events, and television. Digital revenue wasn’t even on the roadmap.
Internally, things were fragmented. Different teams and outside agencies were dabbling in Meta ads, spending a few thousand dollars a month, but there was no clear direction and no reliable way to measure what was actually working.

Varsity Spirit had strong brand equity and a deep library of high-quality creative. The ingredients for a successful digital ad program were there, but nothing was connected. Tracking was unreliable. Campaign structure wasn’t built to scale. There was no media plan guiding spending.
As a result, decisions were being made without clear, reliable feedback. Internally, that created friction. Teams didn’t fully trust the numbers, and without a clear source of truth, alignment became harder.
We built a system where all digital ad campaigns were managed by one team, so the data was clean and reliable. This allowed both teams to work together, make better decisions, and scale profitably.
Three changes made the biggest impact:
From there, we rebuilt campaign structure, consolidated accounts, and brought strategy, execution, and reporting under one roof.

Within the first 45 days, performance started to stabilize and show positive momentum.
From there, the system scaled.
Over the next 12 months:
And the growth didn’t stop there. The system continued scaling over the next two years.
More importantly, the team felt the difference. Decisions became clearer. Conversations became more focused. Instead of questioning the numbers, they could trust them and move faster because of it.
The e-commerce landscape is incredibly competitive. Even for a legacy brand like Varsity Spirit.
There are thousands of other places someone can buy cheer gear. Brand equity helps, but it does not guarantee growth.
If you want to compete at scale, a few things have to be working in your favor.
First, you need clean data. Without data you can trust, you cannot make decisions you trust. And when that happens, everything slows down.
Second, you need a team that trusts each other. Bad data creates bad conversations. Teams start guessing. Politics creep in. And instead of solving problems, people start protecting opinions.
Third, you need a system that actually works. One that connects strategy, creative, and execution and gives everyone a clear view of what is happening and why.
That is what changed here.
This was not just about improving ads. It was about building a system the business could rely on so growth could be planned, not hoped for.
If your ads feel inconsistent or hard to scale, there is usually a reason, and our team can help you fix it.
